I attended Vancouver School of
Beauty in Vancouver, WA, in 1987. My career as a nail
technician/salon owner began in 1988.
My first salon was called �At Your Fingertips� � located in
Vancouver, Washington from 1988 to 1994. Several nail
technicians leased space from me, and we had a great time
serving many wonderful clients. |

I sold my
salon when family issues brought me back to my hometown of
Grand Rapids, Minnesota in 1994. I opened another salon
called �A-1 Nails�.at your fingertips�. I was there for a
little over a year and then moved back to Vancouver where
I went to BCTI Computer School�.(I thought I wanted a real
job). After a few years away from doing nails I moved
back to Minnesota in 1999 and opened A-1 Nails again and
worked there until August of 2011.
| In
September of 2011, I married the man of my dreams (a former
classmate), Brian Borg, GM of Co-op
Supply, Inc., and , with my mother�s blessing I moved to
Coeur d�Alene, ID. So begins a new chapter in my life. I
am currently enjoying my new
location in Suite 104 in Hawaiian Sun, doing business
as A-1 Nails. |
